My name is Gia.
I worked out every day for four months.
It got a little unhealthy towards the end, 5 hour days at the gym, burning more calories than humanly possible to eat.
Recently I've made a number of stressful changes to my lifestyle, and unfortunately my diet and exercise felt most of the change.
I now work out 6 days a week.
I still have the same goal in mind (weight loss/fit)
But most of all I want to fit into every single item in my closet.
I eat extremely healthy. Healthier every day. Eventually I would like to eat all raw foods. My body deserves the best. Of course I treat it to a craving every once in a while, but I don't like the side effects of doing that.
This is my fitspo.
I will post any pictures on here that I think are alluring and motivate me to improve my physical appearance.
I do have another personal tumblr but I can't seem to post thinspo without my friends thinking I'm lesbian. So I've decided to make an entirely new blog that they will know nothing about.
GW: I will work out and continue my regimen, whenever my body decides to plateau, then that will be the weight I shall remain at.
