HELP!
I NEED to follow for healthy blogs! It doesn’t have to be a “RAWR I CAN LIFT 200 POUNDS” type of blog, but at least consuming mostly vegetables (preferably raw, vegan, vegetarian - but not limited to!)
My next experiment:
Presoak raw Organic almonds for 12 hours and blend with a cup of COLD* tea bag infused water.
Then strain to create an Almond milk Chai Tea. Drop a tablespoon of coconut oil in to the milk and stir for nutritional benefits.
*(Your body does not respond well to extreme temperatures, which is why Raw diets are so beneficial.)
I wish I was rich enough to casually buy Macadamia...
16.99 a pound? What the.
newmefitme asked: You can download it online! I used bittorrent to download the whole thing--dvds, nutrition plan, etc. Or if you want to do it the legal way you could use craigslist. =))
Or watch Eat, Pray, Love and live vicariously...
Travel, Fall in love, BE HAPPY
That is all life is about.
I'm really thinking about getting P90X but I am...
Any ideas?
Try this:
With every meal or snack, make at least 50% of it raw, a vegetable or a fruit.
It’s a small amount of effort that goes a longgg way!
